Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fraoula, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

FRAOULA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• FRAOULA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the FRAOULA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Customized Products:

    • Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not offer refunds on custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, along with proof of the defect (photos or videos).

  2. Non-Customized Products:

    • Refunds are applicable to non-customized items if returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or special promotions

  • Services such as consulting, design, and data analytics

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@fraoula.co with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of damage.
