Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Fraoula, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
FRAOULA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a Fraoula Tech Private Limited strives for client satisfaction through a structured milestone approval process. Under this policy:
Digital products, including reports, dashboards, analysis, templates, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable for the following reasons:

Immediate Accessibility: Upon purchasing digital subscriptions, reports, you gain immediate access to the content. This means that once the product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be terminated, exchanged, or restocked in the traditional sense, as physical products can. Therefore, a refund is not possible.

Customization and Personalization: Many of our digital products are tailored specifically for your business needs, such as CRM data reports, custom Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports. These products often involve significant customization and unique data that cannot be resold or reused. Once delivered, the product is fully accessible and usable, and no terminations can be made.

Intellectual Property: Digital products are intellectual property, which means once delivered, they can be copied and distributed without our consent. For this reason, refunds are not possible, as customers may misuse or distribute the product after receiving it.

No Physical terminations: Since our digital products are not physical items, they cannot be terminated. You can't "send them back" in the same way you would a product purchased in a store.
• In case of receipt of Non-functional deliverables or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the FRAOULA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not offer refunds on custom-made products unless they arrive Non-functional deliverables or defective.

If the product is Non-functional deliverables upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, along with proof of the defect (photos or videos).

Non-Customized Products:

Refunds are applicable to non-customized items if terminated in their actual condition within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@fraoula.co with your order number and reason for the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your terminated item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Orders for non-customized items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
