Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified HR Representative to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Representative will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete necessary paperwork.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.

  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

  • Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
